Beyond Boundaries – AG Finanzen
Hallo in die Runde,
es wird Zeit, auch unsere Arbeitsgruppen vorzustellen; heute die AG Finanzen mit Kathrin, Lea und Lissy. Sie kümmert sich um alle finanziellen (finanztechnischen) Fragen, die für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung einer Ausstellung notwendig sind. Neben der Erstellung unseres Kostenplans, beschäftigt sie sich im Wesentlichen mit der Sponsorengewinnung. Das ist auch Teil unseres Projektseminars und alles andere als einfach. Aber es können bereits Erfolge vermeldet werden; denn die Erlanger Kulturstiftung, die VR-Bank, die Staedtler Stiftung, das Hotel Luise und Vestner-Bau haben bereits ihre Unterstützung zugesagt. Dafür ein großes Dankeschön.
Von einigen Firmen und Institutionen gab es jedoch noch keine Rückmeldung auf unsere Anträge. Sehr schade. Aufgeben ist keine Option! Wenn Ihr noch Mäzene kennt, die uns unterstützen möchten, lasst es uns wissen unter beyond_boundaries@web.de; denn bisher sind erst 50% unserer Kosten gedeckt.

Hello everyone,
it’s high time we introduced our project’s work groups! Today, the spotlight is on the finance group with Kathrin, Lea and Lissy. They are responsible for all financial matters pertaining to the preparation and realization of our exhibition. In addition to drawing up our cost plan, the group’s main task is to secure sponsors – this is also part of our project seminar, and it is anything but easy.
We can already report successes on that front, however, as the Erlangen Kulturstiftung, the VR Bank, the Staedtler Stiftung, the Hotel Luise and Vestner Bau have already pledged their support. We extend our heartfelt gratitude for their patronage.
Alas, we have not yet heard back from some of the companies and institutions we reached out to; a pity. With that said, giving up is not an option! If you know of any patrons who would like to support us, please let us know at beyond_boundaries@web.de, as only 50% of our costs have been covered until now.
